Summer is finally here and I don`t know how to behave. What’s important is that it brings a lot of nice things, including strawberries. These little wonders are my good friends and besides smelling great they have dozen others benefits.My advice is to either eat them between breakfast and lunch, or you can mix them with different foods at the first meal of the day. You can have them with a lemonade or other summer dishes and even with ice cream if it’s made from fruits.
