The physical level: no matter how much we love manly clothes, it is recommended that we still wear womanly clothes. Even more, it would be awesome If we did this when we’re at home as well, when we are truly comfortable, when we s[end time with our special someone. This way, they would remember they spend their time next to a beautiful woman. Let’s not forget physical exercising and what we eat are also important.
The emotional level: you can’t say you know those around you while not knowing yourself. This world is made up of MY reality, so how could I know who they are and still not know who I am? Learn how to listen, how to satisfy your needs. Learn how to accept and learn how to learn. I know it sounds paradoxical, but we really do tend to believe we know a lot when we actually know nothing. I would advise you to read psychology, to attend conferences or workshops or even to watch movies (the good kind).
The intellectual level: it’s all about what builds your personality. Be creative, make the slightest effort to enrich your knowledge, no matter what subject. Make the conversation more interesting, prepare the meal in a different way this time, decorate your house simply, yet creatively, go out in a different place, do something you have never done before. You really can conquer anything with your bright mind, more than the mascara or the push-up bra might.
The spiritual level: what happens if we look good, read a little, dress nicely but still don’t feel good in our shoes? We all have feel these levels, somewhere inside, it’s just that we’ve forgotten how to access them. When we manage to acknowledge our bodies and our emotions, we become present. Meditation, prayer, being here and now help us become women yet again. Try it, there are everywhere people there to help you reach it.

So, until next time… #stayperfectlyimperfect!
