TUCANO: LOVE. PEACE. COFFEE.

I reached the Old Town and I have to admit, I have been avoiding it for a while. I never hated it, but I can’t say I ever loved it, either. I went especially on Lipscani Street, no. 79, at Tucano Café, to treat myself with a Cannabis Coffee, with granola bars, freshes, cheesecake and everything else sweet in their amazing showcase. I will share with you what I’m talking about, in a minute. Believe me, not any coffee satisfies my taste. I drink it daily and I like it when it’s prepared well, a la carte, especially where it is the IT product.

It inspired me to wear something urban and cool. I chose pale colors, a lot of brown and I went for a geek-chic look, a little bit fancy, a little bit loose. I fell for my Soigne vest and I match it with a lot of clothes. I also wore it with black dresses, shorts, shirt and a dress… I am also in love with my Massimo Dutti shoes. These two brands really show me simplicity is ever cool in fashion.

Now… the truly difficult part. My most favorite products are, obviously, the sweets. I might take it too far, to be honest. There are these delicious-looking cheesecakes… I like diversity and I love the pubs which offer just that. I tried the one with oreo, the one with mac but THE ONE is the strawberry one. I did not try them in just one day! (or did i?!)

Another thing that appeals to me visually is the decorating style. There are those paintings which really do send out a feeling, they are truly emotional. I also liked the wall on which you could see the pictures and words of those who visited Tucano since it opened. Very nice.

When should you go to Tucano? I’d choose it in the morning and on Sunday. I’d come here in the morning for the coffee and on Sundays for the cakes heaven. Well, I have to be honest. I still come here at times to grab something sweet to eat. The guys working here are really nice and manage to do me all the favors I ask. Hahaha, you must know what it is like, don’t you have friends in the Leo sign?? You should know we are hard to please and sometimes turn out to be quite stubborn.
