It’s the place I come to every day, and that is because it is the place which gives me the energy I need to make things go smoothly. My job here does not require that I come here daily, but I cannot see myself spending more time anywhere else but here! I am that kind of woman who likes going out a lot, but what is it like, going out of your home just to go in another one? Well this I will explain to you further:
The story began 8 months ago, when a very straightforward man, amusing and relaxed, was inviting me to come here and organize events. It did not look like a classical interview at all. Everything turned into a friendly conversation, just as our collaboration was going to be. It is characteristic of the place, I guess. Everyone who comes here is friendly and relaxed. Plus the food, plus the music, plus the artists, plus the energy, plus many other things. They all make for an amazing place for spending your time.
This is where I say hello to my friends every day. They got used to coming here and enjoy the coffee together, to eat and just talk. Kaffa is near DeMoga Studios and many other rehearsal studios, which means that every other artist who comes nearby to play somehow became one of Kaffa’s friends. They really became our regulars.

Among the things which make me come back every day I have to name:
1. The coffee: it’s the best! They really take care of it and they never fail. The cappuccino is prepared as it should be, the freshly ground coffee takes your breath away, the barmen add just a pinch of passion and a bit of honey et voila!
2. The warmth of the place: especially given out by the people coming here relaxed; they know each other, they say hi to one another, they eat; it’s like a family reunion every single day. Plus, the design of the place helps. There are industrial light bulbs, copper or wooden sheets and many, many paintings on the wall.
3. The food: I’d put it on the first place, but I have to abstain myself just like I abstain myself every day from ordering another pizza (it’s the best! The wooden woven really does work miracles!). It is my sheer luck that the salads are also delicious, the vegetables and the cream soups are delicious as well, and the desserts… well, I have to say pass at times. Otherwise, I would weigh 150 kg!
4. The concerts: Kaffa is not the first place where I organize concerts. I usually have to face the misconception that anyone could do that. Well, I beg to differ. You have to know how the market works, to love live music, to be able to fix situations and, the mooooost important one, to appreciate the artist and, then, to be able to speak the same tongue as him/her. The Kaffa stage is home to some amazing events! People really play dearly here, which is great for me. We managed to go from The Voice (Romania) to Freestay, Amna, Georgia Dascalu, Marian Vasilescu, Florian Rus, Silviu Pasca and many, many others, and now there are even more amazing things about to happen!
So, yes, this is a magical place!
Plus, on Mondays there is quite a battle between the magicians who continue doing tricks even after the shows, on Wednesdays there is this Greek Party (where you cannot but have the best time!), on Thursdays we party Russian style, helped by Zdob&Zub, on Fridays we have Karaoke Night and get to meet even more amazing voices and Saturday is my favorite night because I cannot have enough of the live concerts, and on Sundays we calm down and share a laugh to a Stand-up, comic hypnosis or ventriloquism show.

So, until next time… #stayperfectlyimperfect!
